Hunter Taylor has been a prosecutor in the United States for 19 years and has tried cases involving charges ranging from narcotics possession to homicide. For over a decade, he has worked closely with Law Enforcement, Community Based Organizations, and Mental Health professionals to create and implement crime prevention and diversionary programs for youth and adults. Mr. Taylor is currently the lead prosecutor for the City of Anaheim’s ACCESS program which works with criminal defendants at the intersection of homelessness, substance use disorders, and mental health concerns. Mr. Taylor has also worked for a decade as an Adjunct Professor at the Dale E. Fowler Chapman University School of Law where he taught Legal Negotiations, California Evidence, and Client Interviewing and Counseling
