Biography
Anthony Muoki Muange is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Program Manager with over a decade of experience designing and scaling mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) programs across government, private, and community sectors in Kenya. He currently serves as Senior Psychologist at the National Police Service Commission and Programs Lead for the Public Service Youth Forum, and has led initiatives with institutions such as Kenya Power & Lighting Company, IEBC, and the Ministry of Health, integrating mental health into health, education, and workforce systems. As Managing Director of Treasure PsyClinic and Treasure Discovery, he provides strategic leadership in mental health service delivery and capacity building. A CBT-trained practitioner, trainer of trainers, mental health media advocate, and published author of The Fortitude of the Resilient, he combines clinical expertise with program design, M&E, and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainable, measurable impact.
